Fresh on the Sin City fine dining scene is Company American Bistro at the Luxor. With celebrity investors including Nicky Hilton, Nick Lachey and Wilmer Valderrama, it was no wonder the stars jammed the red carpet to get into the hot new restaurant at its recent grand opening. Company American Bistro is owned by Pure Management Group. The kitchen is headed by Chef Adam Sobel, formerly of Restaurant Guy Savoy, and his menu is incredible—with unique selections including a beet marshmallow salad and steak tartar.
