Bette Midler Press Announcement
Caesars Palace - May 7, 2007

In a press conference held on the steps of The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, hotel officials announced to reporters and a crowd of visitors that Bette Midler will replace Celine Dion as the venue’s resident headliner. The Divine Miss M has signed a two-year contract, and her show is scheduled to premiere February 20, 2008. Midler says that this will be the biggest, most imaginative production she has ever done—with plenty of girls (as it’s Vegas!), gags and guffaws. Photos by Renée LiButti
