A revamp of the Tropicana’s former Las Vegas Mob Experience, which closed for five months, seems to be the right move. Now called the Mob Attraction Las Vegas, many improvements are evident with authentic technology, upgraded audio visual equipment and special effects, mixing an entertainment venue with a museum. The world of organized crime comes together with live character actors taking guests on a tour of the interesting attraction that features an extensive collection of mob artifacts, memorabilia, photos and videos. Mob Attraction Las Vegas is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The opening of Jersey Boys at Paris was surprisingly wonderful, and the cast is settling into their new surroundings. I was on the phone with my old friend Frankie Valli (in photo) as we reminisced about our mutual pal Bob Crewe, who produced most of the hits for The Four Seasons and produced yours truly as Disco Tex and the Sexolettes. Frankie was very open and honest about the legacy of Bob Crewe, who is now ailing, and he helped me understand more about the man and his relationships that went on for years and years with all of us.
