Watching the Super Bowl in Las Vegas is unique. Where else can you enjoy the game with friends, food and drink while simultaneously betting big on its outcome? In celebration of the Lunar New Year, Caesars Palace headliner Celine Dion hosts the grand opening ceremony for the new Octavius Tower at Caesars Palace, officially ringing in the Year of the Dragon.
